tried calling them to let them know card not sent,but bii was received. when I got rep after 90 min she would not let me explain what i was trying to ask. Only talked over me and would not answer just repeated same info but not pertaining to the reason of call. Asked to be transfer to someone to help then I was put in que for supervisor for 47 min, which no one ever answered. Trying to do business with cell. Feel very misrepresented on this card, terms and promtions. what a disappointment CareCredit/GECRB is wish I had read reviews, but it was an emergency. I will do everything I have for someone to be taken advantage of when you are most down
