    payment made to early so my account shows missed payment. never missed a payment and paid early. called to find out what the problem was as my account was paid in the same month as the bill. talked to india customer service and got a canned answer but agreed to waive the late fee. i must make a double payment to get my account back to current status and unable to adjust the early payment as it posted to previous month.     I got a Care Credit card (what a complete misnomer) to pay for my new hearing aids with 0% interest for 12 months. Sounded like a good deal, and was recommended by my practitioner. (I will tell him my experience and suggest he not recommend them anymore.) I paid my first bill through my online banking account--only to have it returned to my bank two weeks later, with no acknowledgment or explanation to me and a $25. charge for late payment in the next bill.     Unfortunately I did't read review or I would have taken more time before deciding to take out the CareCredit/GECRB card to help pay medical expense. When you are lucky after97 min to get a rep, when you do they talk over you and but doesnt acknowledge any question you asked it really sucks. Not only being on hold to get a rep 97 minutes, agent rattles on without anything you asked, asked for supervisor and that was as much a joke, i have been on hold an additional 47 min, never hearing more than the background repeating itself.
